We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Alta Loma, CA. This full-time position involves providing healthcare support to K-12 students based on IEP needs for the remainder of the school year.

Position Details:

Location: Alta Loma, CA (Itinerant throughout West-End area)
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Grade Levels: K-12 students
Pay: $43-46/hour (based on pediatric/school-based experience)
Duration: Remainder of the school year
Mileage Reimbursement: Offered
License Requirement: Valid California LVN license

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement healthcare plans for students in accordance with IEP requirements.
Perform general nursing duties, including G-Tube care, Trach management, diaper changing, and student supervision.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare staff to support student health needs.
Travel to multiple school sites as part of the itinerant role.

Qualifications:

Current California LVN license is required.
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
