We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Team Leader to join our dedicated team. This role combines leadership, clinical expertise, and team coordination to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Team Leader oversees nursing staff and operations during the schedule of either 8:30 am-5:00 pm or 11:00 am-7:30 pm shift and participates in an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
Oversee daily nursing operations, including staff assignments, workflow management, and quality assurance.
Monitor resident care plans to ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective care plans.
Conduct performance evaluations, offer mentorship, and identify training needs for staff development.
Address and resolve staff or resident concerns promptly and effectively.
Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to emergencies and ensuring continuity of care.
Implement and maintain infection control standards and other safety protocols.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with medical and legal standards.

Qualifications:

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin (required).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Nurse Manager, Nursing Coordinator, or equivalent.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
