Job Description for CNA

Shifts Available:

2nd - Full Time, 8 Day Rotation

2nd - Every Other Weekend Only

3rd - Full Time, 8 Day Rotation

3rd - Every Other Weekend Only + $1.50 Shift Differential

8 Hour Shifts

CNA will provide Resident care according to an approved Care Plan

Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

Understand and practice infection control procedures

Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals

Reports all violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

Qualifications for CNA

Completed CNA/STNA Course/State Licensed

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Service mentality and a thirst for learning

Positive Can-Do Attitude

Excellent Attendance
