*Physical Therapist Details:*

Number of Positions: 1
Duration: 27- weeks (extendable or renewable)
Guaranteed Hours: 16 hours per week
Shift: Day shift available | Mon and Fri
Shift Length: 8 (6:00 am t0 2:30 pm)
Start Date: 3-4 weeks

*Physical Therapist Qualification Requirements:*
* Must have current California *Physical Therapist * license
* Must have *1 Physical Therapist *year experience
* Must have current BLS certification with AHA

*Physical Therapist Shift:*
* AM Shift
* 27-week contract (extendable or renewable)

*Physical Therapist Rate:*
* *$65.00/hour*
