MedAdventures is currently seeking a dedicated *Physical Therapist (PT)* to join our team in an *Outpatient setting*. If you're passionate about helping patients achieve their physical therapy goals and improve their mobility, we’d love to have you on board!

*Job Description:*
As a Physical Therapist in an Outpatient setting, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, track patient progress, and provide hands-on care to help patients return to their optimal level of function.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals
* Provide hands-on therapy and interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
* Educate patients on exercises, therapy techniques, and recovery goals
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
* Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulations

*Job Requirements:*
* Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
* Previous experience in an Outpatient setting preferred
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
