IHC in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (M.D./D.O.) passionate about providing healthcare services to underserved populations in the area. Overview:

• 100% outpatient

• 18-20 patients a day

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana

• Completion of an accredited Residency Program

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
