Duties and responsibilities for Clinical Supervisor / BCBA:

Conduct assessments and design personalized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenges and build skills.

Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings

Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment planning and decisions.

Collaborate with professionals like speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for comprehensive client care.

Supervise, train, and support parents, caregivers, RBTs, and team members in behavior management strategies.

Compensation and Schedule for clinical Supervisor / BCBA:

Pay: Salary range $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Full time

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

Chose your schedule between 8 am and 6 pm

Skills and Qualifications for Clinical Supervisor / BCBA:

Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certification

COBA certification

CPR certification
