We are looking for both experienced dental assistants and people who are interested in learning dental assisting.



*Position Description Summary:*

Responsible for helping the dentists and hygienists with dental procedures and making the patients experience a comfortable one.

*Essential Functions of the Position:*

* Assists dentists and hygienists with procedures
* Sets up treatment rooms
* Dental charting
* Dental x-rays
* Dental photos and scans
* Maintains a safe work environment and operates within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.

*Education/Experience*

* One to two years experience in dental assisting preferred, however applicants without experience are welcome to apply

*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*

* Strong organizational abilities
* Ability to multi-task
* Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures (or will train)
* Ability to maintain attention to detail
* An independent worker; ability to work with limited supervision
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Above average customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
