Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) with a passion for delivering exceptional care for our West Park Care Center in Columbus, OH.

As a Nurse in our Care Center, you will ensure that our residents receive appropriate personal care and are able to attain their optimum level of functioning. You will build trusting relationships with residents and family members that make a difference on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
Current LPN License in the State of Ohio
Current CPR Certification
Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
Excellent communication skills
