*Summary*

As a Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulations. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to maintain financial integrity while driving strategic growth.

*Responsibilities*
* Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
* Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for senior management review.
* Conduct account analysis and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial software systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
* Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to meet operational needs.
* Provide guidance and support to the finance team in day-to-day operations.

*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including regulatory reporting requirements.
* Proficiency in Sage 300 and QuickBooks financial software applications.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
* Experience in managing accounts payable processes is essential.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
