OPENINGS FOR PATIENT ACCESS AND FINANCIAL CLEARANCE SPECIALIST

*TEMP TO HIRE POSITION*

*Job Description:*
* Focus on self pay and out of network accounts
* Verifies insurance information and registers cases in tracking system.
* Evaluates patient assets and liabilities to determine ability to pay.
* Reviews alternatives to admission and guides patient in applying for financial assistance.
* Completes pre-certification, credit applications, and other necessary paperwork.
* Complete patient registration
* Performs investigative and follow-up work relating to reimbursement issues.

* Answer patient questions with excellent customer service

*Requirements:*

High School Diploma

Medical Background

Vaccinated

*Preferred:*

Recent graduate with bachelors degree

EPIC experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
