Mon-Thurs 8-4, Fri 8-5 (Ideal days currently are Friday + 1-2 other (negotiable) days to start with the potential of more in the near future)

30-32% net production, base/hourly negotiable, lab fee's negotiable.

Ideal candidate will perform basic expectations of basic restorations & exams. Depending on skill level and comfortability, other services are offered. Office is open for growth and mentoring. Established general practice of 42 years. Office treats its patients and staff like family. Father and daughter practice with 4 RDH's, 4 FT and 1 PT, 4 DA's, 3 FO and 1 OM. Office has 10 operatories, after expanding from 5 in 2009. There is additional space for staff and patients, which creates an inviting space for all. Staff is a mix of established and new which brings a nice balance of growth along with loyalty and experience. Patients find that inviting and reassuring. Position is available as the practice is always growing and current doctors are looking to scale back on hours. Primary DDS is looking to cut back and retire in the near future, while the other is just cutting back.
