*What You'll Do:*
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

*What We're Looking For:*
* *Licensed RN:* Must have a valid RN license
* *Experience:* 1 year RN experience required
* *Compassionate Caregiver:* A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional patient care.
* *Strong Communicator:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* *Adaptable:* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.

*What You’ll Bring:*
* Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.
* ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
* Current CPR card required.
* One year of recent clinical nursing experience required.
* A reliable car with insurance.
