Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Real Estate Loan Service Representative II to join our team in Pasadena, CA! The Real Estate Loan Service Representative II will assist members with their existing real estate loan. This includes working with internal and external organizations to service the real estate loans. The Real Estate Loan Servicing Representative II is expected to maintain a working knowledge of all credit union products and services and look for opportunities to educate members on potential benefits and/or refer members to appropriate department for additional information.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support to members regarding their real estate loans (Escrow Balances, Payment Schedules, Insurance Requirements, etc.).
Process Mortgage payoffs, including posting the funds and releasing the lien on the property.
Track property insurance coverage and verify taxes are paid in a timely manner.
Report and remit funds to investors.
Identify and implement process improvements for servicing loans.
Managing Collateral Protection Insurance for Real Estate and Consumer loans.
Receive, sort, and categorize physical mail and other documents.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties and assignments as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in one or more of the following: 1 – 3 years of experience performing real estate loan servicing tasks
Experience using Fiserv’s DNA or a Fiserv Real Estate Loan Servicing system preferred
