Brooksource is hiring experienced Systems Analyst to join our team to identify and drive improvements within our Incident Management practice. You will leverage your experience and skillset to assess current processes, recommend enhancements, and implement initiatives aimed at optimizing our Incident response and recovery capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in system process analysis, a deep understanding of Incident Management within ITIL, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The System Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The System Analyst devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and any related improvement initiative. Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops, and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas. May include performance management, and business transactions performance. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

*Required Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree
* More than 7 years of technical experience
* ITIL Certification
* PowerBI data analyst experience
* Service Now Experience
* Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience analyzing and presenting complex data.
* Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.
* Six Sigma Certified.
