*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical to join our healthcare team. *Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
* Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
* Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status.
* Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
* Assist in medical imaging procedures as needed.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
* Participate in critical care transport when required, ensuring safe transfer of patients.
* Provide specialized care for patients with dementia and other chronic conditions.

*Qualifications*
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
* Experience administering injections and performing physical examinations.
* Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing processes is preferred.
* Previous experience in critical care or critical care transport is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment techniques is a plus.
* Experience with home community care settings is beneficial.
* Ability to perform dialysis procedures is an asset.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a clinical setting.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,400.00 per week
