Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred
Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
BLS through the American Heart Association required
Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred
Only required if performing the Dry Needling function: Dry Needling Certification or Education.

Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly

This inpatient role works Monday through Friday (8:00am to 5:30pm).  We are open to training new graduates for this role.  We do offer full benefits at the beginning of the month following 30 days of employment.
