Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a motivated workforce. We are committed to promoting from within, with over 75% of Regional Managers starting their careers as General Managers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting to maximize sales performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment for both customers and employees.
  • Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • The ability to maintain fun and healthy culture.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • The ability to coach sales team to meet and exceed expectations.
