The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, enabling the sales team, and influencing product strategy to ensure we meet customer needs and achieve business goals.Strategically develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature enhancements, and pricing models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.Create, refine, and continuously optimize compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customer segments, highlights our value proposition, and drives brand differentiation in a competitive market.Serve as a key cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with product, sales, customer service, and marketing teams to align objectives, streamline go-to-market, and deliver cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.Lead market research initiatives to uncover customer insights, identify emerging market trends, and conduct competitive analyses to proactively inform product and marketing strategies.Design and implement sales enablement strategies by developing high-impact tools such as pitch decks, case studies, training resources, and other collateral to empower sales teams and improve win rates.Own the tracking and analysis of key product performance metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value, to inform data-driven marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable outcomes.Act as the voice of the customer, influencing the product roadmap and providing strategic input to ensure product-market fit and long-term customer satisfaction.Lead cross-functional efforts to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including identifying untapped market segments, expanding product adoption, and optimizing pricing strategies for maximum impact.Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic recommendations and insights to support the organization's growth objectives and long-term vision.Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.QualificationsA college degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or a related industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.Experience analyzing metrics and leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.Experience with B2B, B2C, or B2B2C business models.Expertise in lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation.Familiarity with product management processes and roadmap influence.Preferred Experience and Skill:Advanced problem-solving skills.Ability to envision and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way.Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.Strong communication and cross-functional skills with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.Collaborative with the ability to structure mutually beneficial partnerships.Ability to multitask with a high volume of tasks.Flexibility to handle rapid and frequent change and interest in taking on new tasks.High level of organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of intellectual curiosity.Additional InformationPosition Details: This is a full-time salaried position (40+ hours/week). Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $130,000 to a maximum of $160,000 based on a full-time schedule. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation such as commissions or bonuses.
