**Summary**

The Site Supervisor oversees guard force personnel at the assigned respective location.

This position is contingent upon award and not currently funded.

**Responsibilities**

What You'll Get To Do:

+ Manage and supervise Shift Supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring compliant execution of access control, visitor support, alarm response, and dispatch operations.

+ Works with Shift Supervisor and overall Project Manager to ensure completion of contract objectives.

+ Ensure all personnel are compliant with training requirements.

+ Conduct security inspections.

+ Conduct practical drills and/or exercises as required.

+ Responsible for the overall management and coordination of contract-specific requirements and serve as POC for the government.

+ Supervise all guard service activities.

+ Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

+ Required DoD Secret security clearance.

+ Five (5) years of management experience, preferably with a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.

+ Demonstrated experience supervising guard force personnel.

+ State security guard card for armed and unarmed officers.

_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_

+ Must know various computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
