POSITION OVERVIEW
LOGE Alta Crystal Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for our LOGE Camps site in Enumclaw, Washington.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages the FOH & BOH operations for the Restaurant/Hotel/Banquets (if applicable).
  • Provides training, direction, supervision, and hands-on support for direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage
  • Ensures the proper preparation of food and beverage to the satisfaction of guests and brand, ensuring all safety, health, and hygiene requirements are consistently met.
  • Develops and manages staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts while optimizing labor costs.
  • Coordinates with department leads (kitchen, bar, events, etc.) to align operational priorities with business needs, such as peak periods, special events, or seasonal demand.
  • Collaborates with the Area Director to ensure alignment with broader business goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensures, directs, and facilitates communication, engagement, and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to maintain a positive associate
  • Manages inventory, including ordering and maintaining par levels in collaboration with kitchen and bar leadership.
  • Analyzes weekly and monthly business performance data to recommend operational adjustments that align with financial goals.
  • Oversees and approves schedule adjustments for last-minute changes, ensuring business needs are met.
  • Hires and trains service staff, fostering professional development and cross-training across departments.
  • Processes bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
SKILLS NEEDED

  • Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
  • Basic culinary skills and knowledge
  • Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including PM's, weekends and holidays
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma/GED, post high school education and degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Must have, or be able to obtain, Alcohol Servers Permit and applicable Food Handlers Certification.
