OVERVIEW
SageSure is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with key initiatives in email marketing, social media, data management, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing to impactful projects that drive business growth. The Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to execute day-to-day marketing tasks and assist with ongoing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a fast learner, and passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven insights. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Support

• Assist with the Social Growth Campaign for 2025

• Support the social media calendar by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.

• Assist with social media performance reports.

Email Marketing

• Assist with data hygiene tasks, including:

• • Working and resolving the unsubscribed contact list.

• • Identifying hard bounces and updating contact information.

• • Support the deployment of email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.

Campaign Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Compile campaign data and assist in creating PowerPoint slides for performance reporting.

• Assist in analyzing email, social media, and paid campaign metrics to identify trends and insights.

• Present findings to the team, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.

Content Management

• Assist in collecting and organizing assets for digital campaigns, including visuals and copy.

• Ensure all digital content aligns with SageSure's brand standards and messaging.

Project Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with ad hoc projects and assignments.
• Provide administrative support to keep marketing initiatives on track and on time.

We're looking for someone who:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline with an anticipated graduation date in 2026, 2027, or 2028
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and/or email campaigns
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in completing tasks.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Highly Preferred Candidates Also Have:

• Prior internship experience
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
