The Hertz Corporation Director, Brand Marketing in Atlanta, Georgia A Day in the Life:We are searching for a Director, Brand Marketing to help us write a new chapter of the Hertz brand. With an ambitious roadmap ahead, we need a strategic, organized, excellent human to join our team and help us get there.This role will be crucial in leading the insights, creative, process, and reporting that will drive our business goals, with plenty of ownership over the brand vision and long-term strategy.The starting salary is expected to be around $150k and will be commensurate with experience.What You’ll Do:Drive the end-to-end strategy, development & execution of exciting new Hertz brand and product campaigns in 2025 and beyond.Have a strong point-of-view that will define and guide our marketing strategy across all channels: TV, OOH, print, digital.Act as the quarterback for the Marketing team, stack-ranking all incoming projects and creating comprehensive roadmaps while seeking new processes and efficiencies.Sweat the details and champion the development of best-in-class creative that you’re proud to be a part of.Collaborate closely with departments outside of Marketing to achieve business goals for Hertz Brand and products (Hertz Car Sales, Partnerships, rideshare, etc.).Ensure every project’s goals are achieved and reported out, with key learnings highlighted for continuous improvement.Ensure all content is distributed across channels for maximum efficiency and impact.Own weekly and monthly updates that inspire and excite the Hertz organization about the work Marketing is doing.Lead Marketing planning to deliver strategy to achieve business goals.Lead a team of Brand Managers dedicated to delivering end-to-end campaigns for Hertz Brand and products.Make Hertz a great place to work by providing leadership across the organization.Develop, implement, and measure marketing campaigns to connect with key customer segments and meet revenue targets across business units.Additional responsibilities and core functions include:Identify and champion ad hoc projects that will have brand and business impact.Help establish business objectives, strategies, campaigns, and tactics that will successfully meet the financial plan.
