As the Agronomic Business Development Manager, you will focus on enabling data centric approaches to modern agriculture to drive value for growers, our crop consultants and the wider Nutrien Ag Solutions organization. Delivering and ensuring the quality of the digital product output and insights to internal and external customers is an essential aspect of the role. With the fast pace of change in technology, data and farming practices, the role requires ongoing self-development and awareness of precision ag ecosystem. What you will do: Identify, test and develop strategies to maximize value from agronomic solutions for growers and our organization. Collaboratewith the Nutrien Agronomy (NAg)Commercial Agronomy Sales Managers, NAg IT and the Regional Agronomy Managers. Identify, validate, and execute agronomic based solutions at the beginning and end of project stages. Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned technologies and innovations for the ASM teams. Measurements for success include GP associated to agronomic based accounts, GP from agronomic services, growth of consultants with agronomic accounts and RIOfrom agronomic assets. What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in agronomy, precision technologies, or a related field. 8 years of relevant experience. Including 4 years' experience in project leadership.
