Adecco is seeking a motivated individual for a VP Broker within our expanding specialist reinsurance broking team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, providing support to existing clients as well as cultivating new business with insurance companies and retail brokers across all lines of business.

_Must-Have Requirements:_

+ **Reinsurance** experience

+ Strong **Negotiation** skills

+ Ability to manage **Treaty Contracts**

+ Experience in **Account Management**

+ Knowledge of **Compliance** procedures

_Preferred Requirements:_

+ Familiarity with **Actuarial** processes

+ Experience with **Program Placements**

+ 5+ years experience in a similar role

+ Certifications: Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI)

+ Bachelors degree
