The Associate Client Manager, Retirement will be working in support of client facing colleagues in addition to overall departmental goals and objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Generate and coordinate client and prospective deliverables, with an emphasis on accuracy and meeting stringent deadlines
  • Update and generate weekly reports utilizing the CRM and MS Office
  • Maintain/update CRM and Department tracking sheets on a real time basis
  • Data gathering for surveys
  • Offer additional support in facilitating RFP's from various vendors through the RPAG system
  • Build up subject matter expertise through self study (ex. designations, licensing), industry partner interactions, and client interaction
  • Special projects as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of working experience in customer service in the financial services industry or analytical role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of mutual funds. Working knowledge of 401(k), preferred but not required. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be willing to obtain the appropriate FINRA licensing within the first 90 days of hire.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented, exceptional follow through, and reliable in all aspects.
  • Strong interest in learning about the retirement plan industry.
  • Interest in pursuing advanced designations and securities licensing. Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook •Prior experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with RPAG investment analysis software, preferred but not required
LOCATION:
  • Hybrid position, minimum 3 days in office

Annual salary is $68,640+ and is negotiable upon time of offer.
