How you will contribute to our TEAM:

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Utilize construction estimating software such as Heavy Bid to create detailed estimates
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure budget adherence
• Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding cost-control measures
• Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or questions related to project costs

Experience:

• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
• Hospitality and Retail experience
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices
• Proficiency in using construction estimating software, such as Heavy Bid
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
  Familiarity with construction management processes and procedures
  Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications accurately
