The Dallas Children's Advocacy Center is seeking an experienced Chief People Officer for its executive team and to lead the People Services Department.General Description: The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a visionary leader and transformative partner, driving innovation and fostering a workplace where people thrive. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CPO plays a pivotal role in shaping DCAC’s culture, talent strategy, and overall mission to improve the lives of child abuse victims while advancing national leadership on child abuse issues.This role goes beyond traditional HR - focusing on creativity, strategy, and inclusion to build a future-ready workforce. DCAC is a non-profit organization and the only agency of its kind in Dallas County, working in agreement with public and private agencies to investigate, prosecute, and provide healing services for child abuse cases in Dallas County.We reduce the victimization of the child, remove barriers to investigation and treatment, and enhance criminal prosecution with our distinctive multidisciplinary and united approach to these complex and severe cases, all at no cost to our clients.
