Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sales Operations Analyst for a Contract ssignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA.
We are looking to hire a full-time contractor to join the Digital Media Enterprise Sales Operations team based in San Francisco. We are looking for a Business Graduate with a few years of experience as sales/business analyst with a knowledge of SaaS sales & operations. As we continues to expand our business & strengthen our leading position within the digital media domain, we are further building our sales and operations capacity to support this team. Working within Digital Media Enterprise Sales Operations you will create and present analysis to measure performance against established KPIs, bring visibility into business trends, and help build an analytical foundationfor the team. You will efficiently operate to support the team, providing increased visibility and insight into digital media customer data (ex: pipeline, sales, renewals, demographics) tocontinued growth of the business.
Responsibilities :

• Work as part of the Enterprise Digital Media Sales Operations team to create robust analyses and models.
• Identify & communicate relevant insights into the performance of the business.
• Build standard reports and dashboards to the team's access and usability of large datasets.
• Help drive strategic decisions through analysis and insights.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience; sales operations or sales finance in a plus
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Desire to dig into datasets to derive relevant insights and understand "the why" behind the data
• Must have experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
• Experience working within a technology company
