Title: Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative
Location: 100% remote
Initial Assignment Length: 3 Months contract with possibility for extension/conversion pending attendance, performance, and business need
Pay Range: $14/hr to $19/hour, paid weekly!
Target Start Date: 02/10/2025 (pending completion of new hire onboarding)
Schedule & Hours: - Two potential shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
- Training Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative to join our remote team. This role focuses on managing outstanding balances, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining a high collection success rate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and skilled in resolving moderately complex billing issues in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities: - Track and manage customers' outstanding balances.
- Contact customers via phone and email to collect payments on overdue accounts.
- Maintain a 99% collections ratio by effectively managing follow-ups.
- Review escalated accounts and determine appropriate next steps.
- Schedule and facilitate client-facing meetings for payment discussions.
- Set up payment arrangements and ensure adherence.
- Submit 10-day demand letters to leadership when necessary.
- Execute assigned tasks from management efficiently.
- Identify trends in collections and develop improvement strategies.
- Research and resolve billing disputes by negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, credit, and cash teams to address complex collection issues.
