POSITION SUMMARY
As a Sales & Service Representative , you'll play a key role in expanding COIT's customer base while providing top-tier service to existing clients. This role involves consulting with potential customers , closing sales , and ensuring customer satisfaction . You'll also act as an ambassador for COIT , representing our values and commitment to excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent COIT professionally with proper attire and identification.
• Provide outstanding customer service -courteous, respectful, and professional at all times.
• Work strategically to develop and expand your sales territory .
• Promote COIT's full range of cleaning and restoration services .
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and proactively seek new business .
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales efforts.
• Prepare and present customized proposals to potential clients.
• Successfully close sales and secure repeat business .
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs .
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community outreach to build brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience .
• Must have an established book of business to demonstrate sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills .
• Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals .
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record .

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be comfortable with moderate physical activity , including standing, walking, stooping, and bending.
• Ability to safely operate a personal vehicle for business-related travel.
