Oversee development for a company with in-house construction, general contracting, & facilities management Work with industry-leading financial partners, government agencies, & institutional clients Performance-based growth path reporting directly to the President

What We Are Looking For:

10+ years of experience in multifamily or mixed-use development

Expertise in debt & equity financing, deal structuring, and pro forma modeling

Expertise with LIHTC, New Market Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits

Strong leadership skills with a strategic & analytical mindset

MBA or masters in real estate preferred

Your Impact:
