Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Settlement Analyst to manage and reconcile financial transactions, ensure settlement accuracy, and improve processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily settlement processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze and report transaction data for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and address issues.
• Maintain transaction records and support month/year-end closings.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in settlements, reconciliation, or financial operations.
• Proficient in financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in payment processing or banking operations preferred.
