Lime is hiring a Principal Product Manager to join our Vehicle PM team! In this role, you will report into the Senior Director of Product Management for our Hardware and Firmware. As a Principal Product Manager, you define the strategic vision, own the long-term roadmap, and drive teams to execute on that vision. You are responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, working across a cross-functional team in support of our global customer base. We are a remote first company and for many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. It is preferred that this role is based within 60 minutes of a US city in which Lime operates. What You'll Do: Define and own the product vision and roadmap , aligning with business objectives and customer needs.Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, working closely with engineering, design, research, operations, finance, and policy teams.Use data and customer insights to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive decision-making.Write detailed product requirements and gain consensus among stakeholders.Oversee execution and delivery , ensuring high-quality implementation and successful product launches.Continuously improve products in the field , addressing key challenges for customers and internal teams.Engage in technical discussions , understanding trade-offs across hardware, software, firmware, and power systems.Identify broader business and organizational challenges and create durable solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.Location : This is a remote role, but the candidate is expected to travel at least 6 times per year to San Francisco or other US locations.About You: 10+ years experience as a technical leader and/or Product Manager with experience dealing directly with hardware or firmware product development. (e.g. consumer electronics, vehicles, IoT devices, OS development, etc…)Passionate about Lime's mission and micromobility, with a focus on the vehicles and solutions we build.Empathetic with a demonstrated ability to understand customer experiences.Intellectually honest and willing to identify and address problems.Owner’s mindset; a self-starter who tackles important challenges.Insight-led and data-optimized, comfortable using data for problem-solving.Drives clarity in ambiguity and sets direction for decisions.Ability to operate at all levels, from C-suite to technical teams.Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $143,000 - $263,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, including the candidate’s location of residence, skills, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance bonus based on company and employee performance. Why Lime?
