This opportunity is suited for someone who excels in creating excellent consumer experiences, internal process improvement, project management, empathy, data-driven decision making, and an overall understanding of digital technology in the office environment.What You’ll Do:Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Convene’s customer-facing tools.Identify opportunities to optimize the user journey across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty stages.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements; balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.Inspire the organization to work in a data-driven way and use data as a tool to drive prioritization.Be the internal and external evangelist for the product vision.Develop metrics and quarterly goals with the Technology team to measure success individually while also managing the product roadmap.Collaborate closely with Convene’s design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and full execution of our priorities.Establish repeatable procedures, in collaboration with business stakeholders, to reliably roll changes out to the organization in order to see rapid, iterative improvements.Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features and enhancements.Oversee sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and quarterly goals.Develop and implement workflows that enable efficient customer retention strategies, email marketing campaigns, and loyalty programs.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.Define, track, and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, LTV (lifetime value), CAC (customer acquisition cost), and customer satisfaction scores.Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of product changes.Mentor junior product managers or team members as needed.Act as a thought leader, championing product best practices and customer-centric design within Convene.What We Look For:Product Management ExpertiseExpertise with agile methodologies, the Product Owner role specifically, and working with agile tools, such as Jira.Ability to balance long-term goals with short-term priorities.Skilled at identifying opportunities to improve products based on market trends, user feedback, and quick iterative wins for the business.Substantial Product Management experience related to B2B SaaS products.Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Creative problem solving; able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions.Outcome-oriented; not reactionary; articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it.Solid understanding of financial metrics (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, customer acquisition cost, and ROI).Technical and Analytical SkillsStrong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations to effectively communicate with developers.Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel) to inform decision-making.Deep understanding of funnel metrics, customer journeys, UX best practices, and conversion optimization techniques.Stakeholder CollaborationAbility to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Additional Preferred Skills Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, CSPO).Compensation:Base Salary:Salary Min: $110,000 Salary Max: $125,000This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
