Required skills/experience:
Bachelors in business administration or related field is a hard requirement!
3-5 years Customer Service experience including handling of customer Purchase Orders/Contracts, preferably in manufacturing environment.
Top skills:
Working closely with customers (Purchase orders, quotes, entry of orders)
Strong Microsoft skills (excel, ability to write well worded communications)
Someone who enProducts complexity and isn't scared/intimated by complexity. This is a dynamic, multifaceted position.
Summary:
Takes orders from customers and representatives.
Responsibilities include quoting prices, inventory levels, and delivery dates.
Maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares status reports.
Position acts as a liaison between customer and business in expedition orders.
Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
