REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of HVAC experience
• Experience as a service and installation manager (preferred)

YOUR ROLE AS A SERVICE SUPERVISOR
In this management role, you have the chance to work the consistent hours of 7 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday .
In the role of Service Supervisor, each day commences with a team huddle that serves to inspire and motivate the staff. A significant focus is placed on customer service, with the objective of ensuring that every interaction with clients is positive and constructive. The supervisor takes on the responsibility of coordinating service schedules and addressing any issues that may arise, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of the team. Throughout the day, encouragement is offered to team members, valuable insights are exchanged, and achievements are celebrated. Additionally, customer inquiries are handled with care, and processes are continuously refined, all with the goal of enhancing the quality of service provided.
