POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design, develop, publish, and maintain customer-facing SharePoint presence
2. Create and publish a newsletter or other marketing channels with creative and engaging content for our customers
3. Establish Data and AI Governance Teams Channel, develop and implement procedures to manage posts, and create customer communications regarding data and AI
governance topics and data catalog roll-out
4. Conduct user training for data catalog product and refine training materials
5. Host events and other forums to engage the audience and answer questions
6. Support monthly metrics development and reporting to measure user adoption, effectiveness of communications, level of customer engagement
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum five years of experience with marketing, communications, and/or writing for technical projects
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to think creatively while following a test and learn approach
4. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
5. Exceptional editorial skills with keen attention to detail
6. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
7. Highly self-directed with the ability to multitask
