The Production Supervisor will be responsible forleading a small team and overseeing projects focused on improving production processes, quality, and efficiency within the plastics polymer extrusion facility. This role includes managing the design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The supervisor will also troubleshoot operational issues, monitor project costs, and assist in evaluating project performance. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and working closely with contractors to implement new technologies and processes.
This is a full-time, onsite position.
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC welding or fabrication.
• Minimum 3 years of proven leadership in team management or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, power systems, and control systems.
• Experience with project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (e.g. SolidWorks), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pluses:

• Experience with extrusion processes and similar technologies.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Ability to speak Spanish.
