ROLE SUMMARY: If you are interested in a hands-on, continuous improvement oriented, fast-paced role in a world class manufacturing environment then our Plant Superintendent role is for you. In this role you will own the performance of a crew in our operations department by leading a team of manufacturing technicians. Attending production meetings, creating and executing action plans to meet critical metrics, troubleshooting equipment concerns on the fly, developing relationships with technicians, influencing change, and growing technically and as a leader are all elements of this great opportunity.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead process work groups consisting of operators and techniciansLead development and monitoring of all critical control points to ensure consistency and qualityUtilize VPO tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, 5 Whys, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.)Responsible for financial performance of areaOversee preventative maintenance work in area of responsibilityEnsure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followedMonitor production plans to maintain quality and accomplish current and future schedulesEnsure that quality and safety standards are metJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science discipline1 - 3 years of experience in Manufacturing preferredStrong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical and problem-solving skillsAbility to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systemsDemonstrated leadership and change management skillsAbility to cross-functionally move between departments and divisionsFlexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekendsWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
