Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $47,325 Degree Required:Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university Required Qualifications: Ability to troubleshoot technology issues Experience working in an office setting, excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs specifically Excel, strong computer skills, and the ability to navigate various databases Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Experience in higher education Experience with Colleague Student Information System Experience with CourseLeaf CLSS/CAT/CIM Experience with Series 25 software Responsibilities: Assist faculty/staff/students in a broad range of services in the Warrior OneStop Co-coordinate registration, scheduling, programs, and courses Manage CourseLeaf CAT/CIM/CLSS, 25Live, Perceptive Content, Student Planning systems Assist the Associate Director of Admissions/Registrar & Records Calculate academic standing Produce class and time schedule and room scheduling Process dual credit applications Process Teacher In-Service applications Process Individualized Study applications Create queries and reports and provide quality control metrics Coordinate software updates/testing Update and maintain degree audits Other duties as assigned Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
