Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing corporate partnerships and premium sales to support the growth and success of Wichita Thunder Hockey.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive corporate partnerships and premium sales.
• Identify and prospect potential partners, sponsors, and premium seat clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
• Utilize creativity and innovation to develop unique and attractive partnership packages.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
• Actively participate in networking events and community engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sports business development or a related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Creative thinker with the ability to tailor solutions to meet the needs of clients.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-driven.
• Passion for hockey and the sports industry.
