K.E.Y. Point Solutions controls the operations of our client's marketing promotions. Our Verizon Customer Service Representatives assist our clients in providing them with a generation of consumers interest or inquiry into the products or services of their business. K.E.Y. Point Solutions helps our clients improve and endorse their businesses to new levels. Our Verizon Customer Service Representative team stimulates customers' interest in their promotions and products.

Every day we build not only our reputation for customer service but our clients as well. We work with them directly in their stores promoting products and branding their name. Our Verizon Customer Service Representative team also gets out into the community and markets its products with the communities in the McAllen area. We work on customer service and sales programs that help foster the growth of Verizons name and products. Our goal is to build leaders and managers to help us oversee our clients' campaigns and development.

We are looking to cross-train Verizon Customer Service Representatives in the following:

  • Management
  • Team Development
  • Teaching and Training of Employees
  • Marketing and Promotions of Products
  • Customer Relations
  • Client Liaison

On a day-to-day basis, the Verizon Customer Service Representative Will be Responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers on behalf of our clients
  • Being knowledgeable on all products and services our client has to offer
  • Answering all customer questions and being able to offer solutions
  • Recommending products and services that may fit the needs of customers
  • Closing sales when need be and ensuring all steps are completed
  • Following all CDC and client compliance guidelines when interacting with customers
  • Keeping an updated record of all customer interactions
