- 3 - 6 years of health law experience in transactional work, regulatory due diligence, and contracting.
Successful candidates will have:
- knowledge of general federal and state health care regulatory schemes and experience with Illinois health law issues, including knowledge of the Stark law, the Anti-Kickback statute, HIPAA/HITECH Act, Medicare conditions of participation, licensing, and reimbursement.
- Top academic credentials are required.
- Large firm experience is required.
