Trustpoint One is pleased to work with a corporate client in its search for a Contracts Paralegal to work in a long term temporary position. The ideal candidate will reside in Wilmington, Delaware. Working with all levels of management, the Contracts paralegal will assist in reviewing and assigning commercial contracts and issue spotting. Qualifications include:

- Bachelors Degree, Juris Doctor or Paralegal Certificate

- At least 3 years of contracts experience.

- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
