Patent Attorney / Sr. Patent Agent / Computational Biology BioinformaticsLocation: Hybrid WA 98104 3921This is a strong opportunity for an experienced patent agent within a robust biotechnology and life sciences practice. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. You will primarily focus on the preparation and prosecution of US patents, however, this may also include substantial strategic portfolio consulting.Opportunities to perform in other related functional areas (patent opinions, dealing with foreign associates regarding EPO filings, technology licensing, due diligence, etc.) will be dependent upon your capabilities and the ongoing needs of the practice.This is a unique opportunity within a growing practice wherein you will have the opportunity to substantially leverage your client management and strategic portfolio consulting skills. The existing client base is impressive and steadily growing, with a focus on high-value, leading-edge, complex biotechnology patents.
