The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of human resources (HR) programs that support the Port and the Northwest Seaport Alliance’s (NWSA) vision, mission and goals. The salary range for this position is $178,140 - $285,012 annually with an anticipated starting salary between $196,839 - $231,576 depending on qualifications.
