About the Role: We are seeking a proactive
Order Management Specialist with
0-3 years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on
order processing, customer query resolution, and aftermarket product support . You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer queries via tickets and seller platforms, handling high volumes efficiently.
- Address common customer concerns such as "Where is my order?" and "Where is my refund?"
- Navigate multiple platforms to resolve order-related issues.
- Support planning, forecasting, pricing, and sales program management for aftermarket products.
- Ensure all aftermarket strategies align with internal teams.
- Process WFM tickets and handle special order processing .
- Work independently , including weekend coverage and alternate shifts with the Ireland team.
Qualifications & Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Order Manager tools, and Excel .
- Confident in working independently and taking initiative in complex situations.
- Customer-facing experience with a proven track record of handling high-volume queries .
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- No formal education required-relevant work experience is acceptable.
- Availability for minimal weekend work (2-4 hours max) as needed.
