About Our Client

Job Description
  • Establish and maintain quality control objectives that align with corporate goals and ensure company adherence to all applicable quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement inspection criteria and testing procedures, directing staff to maintain consistent quality control over materials, facilities, and products.
  • Ensure production reliability and consistency by assessing processes and final outputs, performing root cause analysis, and communicating corrective actions to management and customers.
  • Address customer complaints related to quality, issuing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) as needed, and providing necessary documentation.
  • Work with vendors to confirm quality standards for purchased parts, collaborating to resolve issues proactively.
  • Design and deliver quality control training programs to enhance the capabilities of key personnel across the organization.
  • Conduct and oversee First Article Inspections to confirm product compliance with specifications before full-scale production.
  • Actively participate in quality management teams within the organization, fostering effective communication and cooperation with other departments.

The Successful Applicant
  • BS in Engineering, Science or Related Discipline
  • 5+ years experience within a quality leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Possess critical thinking, active listening, judgment and decision making skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal with complexity
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
