The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with expertise in global HR regulatory obligations, exceptional leadership, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex international regulatory landscapes while driving compliance excellence.This role can be performed in a hybrid model in Boston, MA, where you can balance work from home (1 day per week) and office (4 days per week) to match your needs and role requirements.What you will be responsible forAs Global Head of Human Resource Compliance, Hybrid you will:Develop, implement, and maintain the firm’s HR compliance framework, ensuring its alignment with applicable law, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry standards.Evaluate, enhance, and execute a firm wide HR compliance program and oversight of monitoring and testing activities.Execute an effective global HR regulatory change management program that includes monitoring for new regulations and working closely with HR business partners.Conduct compliance risk assessments and review and assess regulatory and compliance breaches.Ensure that all material residual HR regulatory risks and issues are documented and reported appropriately to senior management.As appropriate, ensure accurate and timely reporting of risks, metrics, objectives & key results (OKRs) and other compliance requirements.Assist in the management of HR specific regulatory examinations and prepare business leaders for supervisory activities.Educate compliance and business personnel on applicable HR related regulatory obligations and firm policies.Prepare and present annual and periodic HR Compliance program reports/reviews.Participate in activities to enable successful HR compliance risk framework implementation.Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on HR compliance business practices.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on HR compliance matters.Develop HR compliance risk related training curriculums for HR business partners and employees.Be a role model of risk management excellence.What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleAbility to manage multiple simultaneous tasks in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment.Strong abilities in analytical thinking, problem solving, research, time management, and verbal and written communication.Qualified to collaborate with individuals across business lines.Ability to take ownership, initiative to negotiate, influence, build consensus and navigate within a demanding environment.Education & Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated global experience with compliance risk management skills in financial services related to HR.Ability to evaluate and interpret the law, regulations, and regulatory guidance.Experience in HR data analysis and relevant platforms.Strong understanding of HR regulations and corporate governance standards.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively globally with cross functional teams.Bachelor’s degree.
